1. Overview

This website is operated by A21Y Group LLC, d/b/a The Sunday Stitch Club. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes to this page; your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products and availability

Our canvases are released in limited editions. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion. Once an edition sells out, it will not be restocked.

3. Accuracy of product information

We work hard to display our designs accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the hand-finished nature of each canvas. Minor variations between the product photos and the canvas you receive are a normal part of individually produced goods and are not defects.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected orders. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, product names, text, and images on this site are the property of A21Y Group LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Canvases are sold for personal, non-commercial stitching use. You may not reproduce, copy, chart, resell, or create derivative products from our designs without written permission. Finished personal projects (and photos of them — please tag us) are always welcome.

6. Mobile messaging terms (SMS/RCS)

The Sunday Stitch Club offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms.

Consent. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (including SMS, MMS, and RCS) from The Sunday Stitch Club at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a message confirming your unsubscription, and you will no longer receive messages from the Program unless you opt back in. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at help@thesundaystitchclub.com.

Carriers and delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. We may terminate or modify the Program at any time without notice.

Your responsibilities. You represent that you are the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you provide, and you agree to notify us of any change to that number. You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Program.

Privacy. Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to purchase using false or fraudulent information.

8. Third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping, email, and text messaging. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A21Y Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
