Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Sunday drop orders begin shipping the following Monday. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your canvas is on its way.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Standard shipping: $4.99 flat rate
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives within 7 business days of dispatch via USPS or UPS. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carriers may experience delays outside our control.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us within 7 days — we'll work with you to make it right. For packages lost in transit, we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
