Refund & Return Policy

Our satisfaction guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your canvas. If something isn't quite right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit toward a design that suits you better, or a refund to your original payment method.

Returns

To start a return, email help@thesundaystitchclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a note about what's wrong. Canvases must be returned unused and unstitched, in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 5 business days. Refunds may take several additional business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover it and send a prepaid label.

Damaged or defective items

If your canvas arrives damaged or with a printing or painting defect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Sale and promotional items

Unless required by law, gift cards are non-refundable.
